Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is the life blood of a machine’s hydraulic power system. Contamination and degraded fluid quality are the main CAUSES of component wear and failures. Cincinnati RPT rebuilds equipment, but importantly, it is our responsibility to solve the root of the problem to avoid future issues and machine down time.

Critical Analysis & Assessment:

To keep your system running efficiently and effectively we need to know what is in it i.e. What we don’t know can hurt us. We provide our customers with a comprehensive fluid testing and diagnostic service with detailed reports that are easy to read and understand:

Phase I: Assessing the system and problem.

Phase II: Recommendation & Implementation

Phase III:     Monitor & Maintain

Onsite Monitoring & Maintenance:

Use reliable methods for monitoring the fluid condition.
Solid contamination.
Water content
Additive depletion.
Eliminate clogging
Periodic detailed analysis of actual fluid samples.
Portable filters are used for correcting unacceptable levels of contaminates.

If you are interested in our Fluid Services Program we would like to propose instituting a pilot program on (5) machines.

After an assessment of hydraulic samples we will prepare a formal proposal for both a pilot program and a long term solution.
